Applicable regulations

The electronic agreement is governed by Spanish legislation, specifically Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLDCU). The contract is presented in Spanish to the consumer and the General Contract Conditions can be saved and consulted at any time by the user through the options of their internet browser. These conditions must be accepted before paying for the products. In addition, the purchase confirmation email will contain a link to the General Contract Conditions.

Any clause different from those established in these General Contracting Conditions will only be valid if Feliz Ladrando explicitly approves it in writing. Happy Ladrando expressly rejects the application of any other purchase conditions or other conditions by the contracting party.

Use of the Website

By using this website and making purchases through it, the buyer agrees to the following:

• Use the website only to make inquiries or orders that are legally valid.
• Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If it is reasonably suspected that such an order has been placed, Feliz Ladrando reserves the right to cancel it and notify the appropriate authorities.
• Accurately and truthfully provide your email address, postal address and/or other contact information. Furthermore, the buyer agrees that this information may be used by us to contact him if necessary (see our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy ). If the buyer does not provide all the required information, we will not be able to process the order. By placing an order through the website, the buyer confirms that he is over 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Purchasing process

To complete a purchase at www.felizladrando.es, follow these steps:
1. Choose the products you want to buy from the selection offered on the Feliz Ladrando website.
2. Click "Add to Cart" to add the desired products to your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you want.
3. Once you have finished selecting the products, access your cart where you will see a summary of the selected items.
4. You can remove any product from the cart or modify the selection as desired. Changes will automatically be reflected in the summary.
5. During the purchasing process, you can log in with your existing account or complete a registration form if you do not already have an account. You can also proceed as a guest without registering.
6. To continue, click "Pay for order"
7. Select the desired shipping method from the options offered by Feliz Ladrando.
8. Finally, you must choose the payment system for your order among those offered by Feliz Ladrando on its website. Some payment methods, such as PAYPAL, are managed by the company that owns this payment method, so Feliz Ladrando declines any type of responsibility for problems arising from the use of these systems or platforms other than Feliz Ladrando. From this point, Feliz Ladrando will begin to prepare and deliver the products to the address provided during the purchase process.

Pay

Payment for the order must be made previously in all cases. Feliz Ladrando will proceed with shipping the product only after receiving confirmation of payment.

All transactions involving the transfer of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment provided by our payment gateway.

Delivery in Spain

If your order value is less than 40€, a shipping fee of 3.99€ will be applied within mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, the shipping fee for orders under 40€ is 8.50€. Shipping is free for purchases over 40€ within mainland Spain only.

Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. We use a courier service for delivery, which typically takes about 48 hours from the time the product leaves our warehouse.

Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If for any reason we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, we will inform you promptly and offer you the option of continuing with the order with a new agreed delivery date, or canceling it with a full refund of the amount paid.

Acceptance of the General Purchase Conditions

When the purchase is made entirely through the Website, the Buyer must read these Conditions and expressly accept them, by clicking on the corresponding consent check box, which is unchecked by default.

In the event that there are special rules or restrictions that affect certain rates, discounts and/or products, such special rules or restrictions will be highlighted on the screen before proceeding to purchase the product.

Withdrawal, changes and returns

Feliz Ladrando guarantees the Buyer the possibility of withdrawing from their purchase made through the Website, for any reason, and returning or exchanging the purchased products, within fourteen calendar days following the day in which they had received the last of the subject products. Of the order.

The buyer has the option to cancel his purchase within the period established in the first paragraph of this section. To do so, you must notify Feliz Ladrando of your decision to cancel the purchase through a clear statement, which can be sent by postal mail or email to the address info@felizladrando.es. A withdrawal form will be provided to the buyer, which will be attached by email once the order has been placed, although its use is not mandatory. To respect the cancellation period, the communication about the exercise of this right must be sent before the end of the corresponding period.

Feliz Ladrando will respond to the email and continue with the withdrawal process if it has been communicated within the established period and provided that the products subject to withdrawal are not excluded from said process.

Once Feliz Ladrando responds to the buyer's email continuing with the withdrawal process, the buyer may return the products by the method they choose, assuming the costs derived therefrom. In other words, the buyer must send the products by their own means to C. Catedratico Ferre Vidiella, 17, 03005 Alicante (Alacant), Alicante.

The products subject to withdrawal must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered, with all their original containers and packaging, within a period of 14 calendar days from when the buyer communicated his desire to withdraw from the contract. If these conditions are met, Feliz Ladrando will proceed, according to the buyer's choice, to:

to. Refund to the buyer all payments received for the acquisition of the products within a period of 14 calendar days from when the buyer informed their desire to withdraw.

b. Change the products subject to withdrawal for others, after compensation for the price difference and collection costs, if applicable as indicated above.

In the case of a partial return of an order greater than €40 in which shipping costs were not initially charged, and the items definitively purchased do not exceed the minimum €40, Feliz Ladrando reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs of the amount of the returned items.

Exceptions to withdrawal

There are some products to which the right of withdrawal will not apply. We refer to the legal exclusions of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

In particular, we would like to highlight that, by virtue of this article, the Buyer will not be able to withdraw from his purchase when the object of the withdrawal are sealed items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, such as hygiene products; or articles made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as identification badges once engraved.

Guarantee

In the event that the item purchased by the Buyer is defective, we will proceed to take appropriate actions, such as repair, replacement, discount and/or cancellation, in accordance with the provisions of the legal warranty.

If the Buyer is a consumer and user, Feliz Ladrando offers guarantees on the products sold on the Website, in accordance with what is legally established for each type of product. This implies that Feliz Ladrando is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from the delivery of the product.

The products are considered to comply with the contract if they meet the following criteria: they match the description provided by Feliz Ladrando and have the qualities presented on the Website, they are suitable for the usual uses of similar products and they have the expected quality and characteristics of a similar product. If any product does not comply with the contract, the Buyer must inform Feliz Ladrando, either by email to info@felizladrando.es.

Furthermore, in accordance with European regulations and article 40.5 of Law 7/2017, of November 2, which incorporates Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on the resolution alternative for consumer disputes to the Spanish legal system, Feliz Ladrando offers buyers of its website the link to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/ odr. The European Commission has established this platform so that online companies and consumers can resolve conflicts out of court in a simple and transparent way, without having to resort to the courts.

Exclusion of liability

Feliz Ladrando will not be responsible for damages caused to the Buyer due to problems attributable to the latter, related to the products purchased.

Happy Barking assumes no responsibility for:

• The suitability of the purchased products to the needs of the Buyer or their usefulness for the latter, as stipulated on the Website.
• Personal or material damage caused by the use of the products.
• Non-compliance with obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

Feliz Ladrando's work is limited to the delivery of the products selected and purchased by the Buyer. We are not responsible for the choice of products made by the Buyer.

Happy Barking provides information on the composition and care of each product, and it is the Buyer's responsibility to verify these specifications diligently.

Our liability to the Buyer does not include loss of profits and is in any case limited to the total amount paid by the Buyer in accordance with the economic terms set out in these Conditions.

Legislation and jurisdiction

The relations between Feliz Ladrando and the Buyer arising as a result of the acceptance of these Conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
