Returns and Exchanges

  • Right of Withdrawal

    Feliz Ladrando guarantees the Buyer the possibility of withdrawing from their purchase made through the Website, for any reason, and returning or exchanging the products purchased, within 30 calendar days following the day on which they received the last of the products ordered.

  • Cancellation Process

    The buyer has the option to cancel his purchase within the period set forth in the first paragraph of this section. To do so, he must notify Feliz Ladrando of his decision to cancel the purchase by means of a clear statement, which can be sent by post or email to the address info@felizladrando.es

  • Return Procedure

    Once Feliz Ladrando responds to the buyer's email continuing with the withdrawal process, the buyer may return the products by the method of their choice, assuming the costs arising from this. The products subject to withdrawal must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all their original packaging and containers.

  • Refund or Exchange

    If these conditions are met, Feliz Ladrando will proceed, according to the buyer's choice, to:
    a) Refund to the buyer all payments received for the acquisition of the products, or
    b) Exchange the products subject to withdrawal for others. The difference in price must be compensated by the buyer, if applicable, while the shipping costs of the exchanged product will be assumed by Feliz Ladrando .

  • Partial Refund of Orders Over 45€

    In the case of a partial return of an order exceeding 45€ for which no shipping costs were initially charged, and the items finally purchased do not exceed the minimum 45€, Feliz Ladrando reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs from the amount of the returned items.

  • Exceptions to withdrawal

    In particular, we would like to highlight that, pursuant to this article, the Buyer may not withdraw from his purchase when the object of the withdrawal is sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, such as hygiene products; or items made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized, such as identification plates once engraved.
