Identification of the owner of the online store

The online store is managed by Viktor Ilin, operating under the trade name Feliz Ladrando. Its registration details include CIF Y9982234H and a registered address at Carrer de Pontevedra 3, 03005 Alicante (Alacant), Alicante. You can contact them via email at info@felizladrando.es.

Applicable regulations

The electronic agreement is governed by Spanish law, specifically Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLDCU). The contract is presented in Spanish to the consumer, and the General Terms of Contract can be saved and consulted at any time by the user through their internet browser options. These terms must be accepted before making the payment for the products. Furthermore, the purchase confirmation email will contain a link to the General Terms of Contract.

Any clause different from those established in these General Terms of Contract will only be valid if Feliz Ladrando explicitly approves it in writing. Feliz Ladrando expressly rejects the application of any other purchase conditions or terms by the contracting party.

Use of the Website

By using this website and making purchases through it, the buyer agrees to the following:

• Use the website only to make inquiries or orders that are legally valid.
• Not place false or fraudulent orders. If there is reasonable suspicion that such an order has been made, Feliz Ladrando reserves the right to cancel it and notify the relevant authorities.
• Accurately and truthfully provide your email address, postal address, and/or other contact information. Additionally, the buyer agrees that this information may be used by us to contact them if necessary (see our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy). If the buyer does not provide all the required information, we will not be able to process the order. By placing an order through the website, the buyer confirms that they are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Purchase process

To complete a purchase on www.felizladrando.es, follow these steps:

1. Choose the products you want to purchase from the selection offered on the Feliz Ladrando website.
2. Click "Add to Cart" to add the desired products to your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you like.
3. Once you have finished selecting the products, go to your cart where you will see a summary of the selected items.
4. You can remove any product from the cart or modify the selection as desired. The changes will automatically be reflected in the summary.
5. During the purchase process, you can log in with your existing account or complete a registration form if you don’t have an account. You can also proceed as a guest without registering.
6. To continue, click "Pay for order."
7. Select the desired shipping method from the options offered by Feliz Ladrando.
8. Finally, you will need to choose the payment method for your order from those offered by Feliz Ladrando on its website. Some payment methods, such as PAYPAL, are managed by the company that owns this payment method, so Feliz Ladrando declines any responsibility for problems arising from the use of these systems or platforms not managed by Feliz Ladrando. If payment by card has been selected, it will be carried out through the payment gateway provided for this purpose.
9. Once the order process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email or find any errors in your order, you can correct it by contacting Feliz Ladrando by writing to the email address info@felizladrando.es.
   At this point, Feliz Ladrando will begin preparing and delivering the products to the address provided during the purchase process.

Payment

Payment for the order must be made in advance in all cases. Feliz Ladrando will proceed with the shipment of the product only after receiving payment confirmation.

All transactions involving the transfer of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment provided by our payment gateway.

Delivery in Spain

If your order value is less than 40€, a shipping fee of 3.99€ will be applied within mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, the shipping fee for orders under 40€ is 8.50€. Shipping is free for purchases over 40€ within mainland Spain only.  We use Correos for deliveries, with an estimated shipping time of 2 to 4 days once the product leaves our warehouse.

Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. If we cannot meet the expected delivery date, we will inform you and offer the option to proceed with a new date or cancel for a full refund.

 

Acceptance of the General Purchase Conditions

When the purchase is made entirely through the Website, the Buyer must read these Conditions and expressly accept them by clicking on the corresponding consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default.

If there are special rules or restrictions that apply to certain rates, discounts, and/or products, such rules or restrictions will be highlighted on the screen before proceeding with the purchase of the product.

Withdrawal, changes, and returns

Feliz Ladrando guarantees the Buyer the possibility of withdrawing from their purchase made through the Website, for any reason, and returning or exchanging the purchased products within fourteen calendar days following the day on which they received the last of the products in the order.

The buyer has the option to cancel their purchase within the period established in the first paragraph of this section. To do so, they must notify Feliz Ladrando of their decision to cancel the purchase through a clear statement, which can be sent by post or email to the address info@felizladrando.es. A withdrawal form will be provided to the buyer, which will be attached by email once the order is placed, although its use is not mandatory. To respect the cancellation period, the communication regarding the exercise of this right must be sent before the corresponding period ends.

Feliz Ladrando will respond to the email and continue with the withdrawal process if it has been communicated within the established period and provided that the products subject to withdrawal are not excluded from this process.

Once Feliz Ladrando responds to the buyer's email continuing with the withdrawal process, the buyer may return the products by the method of their choice, assuming the costs thereof. In other words, the buyer must send the products by their own means to Carrer de Pontevedra 3, 03005 Alicante (Alacant), Alicante.

The products subject to withdrawal must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered, with all their original containers and packaging, within 14 calendar days from the date the buyer communicated their wish to withdraw from the contract. If these conditions are met, Feliz Ladrando will proceed, according to the buyer's choice, to:

a. Refund the buyer all payments received for the purchase of the products within 14 calendar days from the date the buyer informed their intention to withdraw.

b. Exchange the products subject to withdrawal for others, with compensation for the price difference and collection costs, if applicable as indicated above.

In the case of a partial return of an order over €40 in which shipping costs were not initially charged, and the items finally purchased do not exceed the €40 minimum, Feliz Ladrando reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs from the amount of the returned items.

Exceptions to withdrawal

There are some products to which the right of withdrawal will not apply. We refer to the legal exclusions of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

In particular, we would like to highlight that, under this article, the Buyer cannot withdraw from their purchase when the object of the withdrawal is sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, such as hygiene products; or items made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as identification tags once engraved.

Guarantees

If the item purchased by the Buyer is defective, we will proceed to take appropriate actions, such as repair, replacement, discount, and/or cancellation, in accordance with the provisions of the legal warranty.

If the Buyer is a consumer and user, Feliz Ladrando offers warranties on the products sold on the Website, in accordance with what is legally established for each type of product. This means that Feliz Ladrando is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from the delivery of the product.

The products are considered to comply with the contract if they meet the following criteria: they match the description provided by Feliz Ladrando and have the qualities presented on the Website, they are suitable for the usual uses of similar products, and they have the expected quality and characteristics of a similar product. If any product does not comply with the contract, the Buyer must inform Feliz Ladrando, either by email to info@felizladrando.es.

Additionally, in accordance with European regulations and article 40.5 of Law 7/2017, of November 2, which incorporates Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on alternative dispute resolution for consumer issues into Spanish law, Feliz Ladrando offers website buyers the link to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The European Commission has established this platform so that online companies can resolve conflicts with consumers out of court in a simple and transparent way, without having to resort to the courts.

Exclusion of liability

Feliz Ladrando will not be responsible for damages caused to the Buyer due to problems attributable to the latter, related to the purchased products.

Feliz Ladrando assumes no responsibility for:

• The suitability of the purchased products for the Buyer's needs or their usefulness to the Buyer, as stipulated on the Website.
• Personal or material damage caused by the use of the products.
• Non-compliance with obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

Feliz Ladrando’s responsibility is limited to delivering the selected and purchased products to the Buyer. We are not responsible for the choice of products made by the Buyer.

Feliz Ladrando provides information about the composition and care of each product, and it is the Buyer's responsibility to diligently verify these specifications.

Our liability to the Buyer does not include loss of profit and is, in any case, limited to the total amount paid by the Buyer, according to the economic terms set out in these Conditions.

Legislation and jurisdiction

The relations between Feliz Ladrando and the Buyer arising as a result of accepting these Conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
